Little Free Library is coming together

Isn't it pretty? The charter and dedication plaques for the Little Free Library have arrived! Eat Hamner, Jr. was the real John Boy Walton from right here in Nelson County; Margaret Hufstedler was my mother-in-law, and she wrote music and taught adults to read in Nelson County for decades.

Here's the upcoming location on the Little Free Library map; it will be open in a couple of weeks. It's at the Nelson County Historical Society's Oakland Museum, just behind the statue of Earl Hamner, Jr.
